- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of integration strategies that align with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control concepts and identity management within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing security policies and procedures for SAP landscapes.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex security issues related to system integration.
- Familiarity with SAP authorization concepts, roles, and profiles.
- Capability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant integration solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Security.
