Collaboration with different teams to understand system behavior and implement effective solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and incident management.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within financial supply chain management systems.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques specific to SAP Treasury and Risk Management modules.
