Your Role: Programs Analyst

As Programs Analyst, you will support the U.S. Pet Health Revenue Growth Management team in a hybrid role based in Guadalajara, Mexico. In this role, you will help execute consumer rebate programs by maintaining accurate data, producing operational reporting, and supporting program performance across sales representatives, clinics, and business stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate program data, validate records for completeness and consistency, and ensure timely and accurate entries in SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems supporting the U.S. Pet Health organization.

  • Create and maintain dashboard reporting and Microsoft Excel reporting to track program activity, clinic enrollment, issue trends, and operational performance, and to provide readouts to stakeholders.

  • Support the day-to-day execution of pet health programs by monitoring open items, following up on issues, and driving timely resolution and process accountability.

  • Provide operational support to field sales representatives and business stakeholders by answering program questions, updating data, and retrieving program information as needed.

  • Troubleshoot enrollment and activation issues with the consumer rebates platform provider and clinic users, and support special projects such as Automated Clearing House (ACH) rebate payment conversion from legacy gift card payments.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • High School Diploma / GED with equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of 2 years of data entry or related office experience.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data validation, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboard reporting.

  • Learning agility to become proficient in new systems, programs, and processes.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Experience supporting a consumer rebate, loyalty, or promotional program.

  • Experience working with veterinary clinics, clinic-facing workflows, or pet health programs.

  • Experience using SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

  • Experience partnering with field sales teams to answer operational questions and support issue resolution.

  • Experience troubleshooting enrollment or activation issues with end users and third-party providers.
