ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Evaluates transcripts of admitted students.
- Assists in the processing of applications for admission and the other record keeping tasks in student records.
- Assists in the residency determination of applicants for admission to College.
- Assists in the supervision of issuance transcripts for students upon their request.
- Assists in coordinating the admissions and records clerical functions to assure compliance with rules and procedures.
- Assists with the development and maintenance of degree audits.
- Assists in the evaluation of graduation checks as appropriate for students upon their request.
- Assists with developing and implementing appropriate goals and objectives in the College's Long-Range Plan.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and one year of experience in a college/university records office OR
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Proficiency in computer software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain attention to detail
- Proven ability in dealing successfully with students and general public
- Ability to work one evening a week, as needed

- Three year's of experience in a college/university records office
