Job Description Summary Provide general admin/office support. Responsibilities -Co-supervise, train, evaluate, and support a team of 4–5 Resident Advisors.

-Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings and staff meetings with Resident Advisors.

-Assist with student staff recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.

-Participate in an on-call duty rotation and respond to student emergencies, crises, and policy violations.

-Manage student conduct processes, including administrative hearings and conduct documentation.

-Provide support, referrals, and guidance to students regarding personal, academic, and community concerns.

-Assist with occupancy management, room assignments, check-ins, check-outs, and building operations.

-Conduct health and safety inspections and follow up on facilities concerns.

-Maintain regular office hours and collaborate with campus partners to support student success.

-Develop educational initiatives and community-building opportunities that promote student development and engagement.

-Complete reports, maintain accurate records, and support departmental projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Desired Qualifications Previous experience in Residence Life, Housing, Student Affairs, or a related higher education setting.
