As an Event Assistant, you will support live marketing campaigns, community engagement initiatives, and fundraising programs for established charity partners. You will represent our clients through professional face-to-face interactions, connect with community members, and help drive successful campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities- Represent nonprofit and charity partners through face-to-face marketing and community outreach campaigns
- Engage with customers, donors, and community members in a professional and positive manner
- Support fundraising initiatives and help achieve campaign performance goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and sharing campaign information
- Build strong relationships with community members and supporters
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, campaign activity, and donations
- Assist with daily event operations, marketing activities, and administrative tasks
- Participate in team meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops
- Share campaign updates, feedback, and results with management
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness
