The opportunity:
We are seeking a vibrant and professional Sales Manager who has the drive and motivation to nurture a successful sales portfolio across South-East Queensland, along with developing new business and managing a small, high achieving team.
What you will do:
- Manage relationships with key charter and private contract clients, building on existing contracts and identifying opportunities for growth
- Interrogating and researching markets to identify growth opportunities and customers
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Preparing and delivering on budgets and contract expectations
- Developing quotes, proposals and sales initiatives for clients
The boxes you will tick:
Ideally you will come from a similar role with experience in the logistics space, however we are open to hearing from exceptional candidates who have transferrable skills. Additionally, you will have:
- An ability to manage complex projects and priorities
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong integrity with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work in a fluid and agile environment
