Located within Biddabah Public School in Warners Bay, this Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service is part of The Y NSW’s trusted network of children’s services, supporting families with before and after school care in a safe, supportive and engaging environment.

⏰ Operating hours
  • Before School Care: 6:30am – 8:30am
  • After School Care: 3:00pm – 6:00pm

đź‘‹ About the Role

Join our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team and help create fun, safe, and engaging experiences for children before and after school.

This role is ideal if you're:

  • Starting your career (Level 1 – Introductory Educator), or
  • Building your experience with at least 12 months in OSHC or similar (Level 2 – Educator)

  • Supervise and engage children in play-based activities
  • Support the delivery of fun, enriching programs
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and your team
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment at all times
  • Follow routines, safety procedures and service guidelines

📚 Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful, you’ll need (or be willing to obtain):

  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Child Protection certification
  • Relevant experience in childcare or OSHC (especially for Level 2)
  • Working towards or holding a childcare qualification (desirable)
