Your Key Responsibilites:
Global Job Name:Launch Mgmt. Eng.
- Develop launch timing schedule, coordinate and control all launch activities, track the progress, define corrective measures, if deviation.
- Coordinate the development of manufacturing line concepts
- Develop project investment plan and tracking progress, ensure align with approved budget
- Ensure other costs, labor, startup costs are according to approved project Budget
- Driving DFM reviews and improvements
- Coordinate line set up and release, PPAP build and ramp up to meet all launch targets (CT, OEE, FPY, Scrap etc.).
- Launch status reporting and escalation if needed
- Create and release launch documents (WI SOS, process flow, PFMEA, CER, LSR)
- Create and maintain SAP BOM& Routing
- Driving NPL sample builds to completion and resolve open issues
- Support new project acquisition and provide inputs from operation
- Coordinating change and implement into production.
- Manufacturing capacity analysis and planning.
- Serial production performance tracking and continuous improvement
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical disciplines.
2. 3–5 years’ cross-functional experience in automotive or consumer electronics industry.
3. Excellent skills in communication, presentation, time & conflict management.
4. Minimum 2 projects as NPI/Project Manager; capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
5.Experience in multicultural/international projects; proficient English for daily working.
