Tasks:

- Establish the project team considering all needed project functions and manage the teamwork.
- Manage the project Schaeffler PEP/PDP processes and guidelines.
- Cross-departmental planning for all functions involved to meet the Project targets and requirements
- Direct and coordinate activities of project/program personnel to ensure program progresses on schedule and within budget.
- Represent the assigned project in an expert manner to the customer and to the BU management.
- Measure project performance to targets (ROCE, revenue, investment, OE)
- Make sure that all launch issues are resolved in a timely fashion
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above engineering or automotive engineering or similar University education.
- 5 Years PM experiences or above within the automotive industry
- Automotive Cooling system or refrigerant system project experience is preferred
- Strong drivability and ownership
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic and holistic thinking
- Proven competence in dealing with customers, suppliers as well as employee associates
- Proactive and collaborative approach towards problem solving
- Ability to thrive within a global matrix organization. Willingness to travel frequently
- Fluent English
