What You'll Do
Every day, you will take on challenges that directly impact the quality and reliability of our products, including:
- Perform analysis of semi-finished products for release, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Operate laboratory techniques such as HPLC with precision and accountability.
- Interpret results and deliver reports within established timelines, ensuring productivity.
- Meet KPIs and departmental objectives, aligning your work with company goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and adapt to ongoing innovation and changes in processes and guidelines.
- Demonstrate commitment, accountability, and a proactive attitude to support patient safety and uphold the company's reputation.
- Apply GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) guidelines in all laboratory activities.
Your Contribution
To be successful in this role, we are looking for:
- A degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Intermediate English proficiency to understand monographs and technical documentation.
- Experience at least 2 years in pharmaceutical companies
- A proactive, organized, and compliance-oriented attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork.
- Availability to work in shifts
