AI应用开发工程师上海社招全职数字技术 - 软件研发硕士及以上1-3 年职位描述需要英文简历投递！ We are looking for an AI Application Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and a solid understanding of how software systems are built in the era of large language models (LLMs). You will participate in the core development of AI applications and platforms, transforming large model capabilities into scalable, maintainable, and production-ready systems. Your responsibilities include: 1.Design and develop AI applications across the full stack, contributing to core features and key modules 2.Engineer LLM, Agent, and RAG capabilities into stable and reusable business components 3.Participate in the design of AI application infrastructure and system architecture to ensure reliability, controllability, and scalability 4.Collaborate closely with product, business, and algorithm teams to continuously iterate AI capabilities and deliver real business impact 我们正在寻找一名具备扎实软件工程基础，同时理解大模型时代软件工程方法的 AI 应用开发工程师。 你将参与 AI 应用与平台的核心建设，把大模型能力真正做成可扩展、可维护、可落地的产品级系统。 你会做的事情包括： 1.负责 AI 应用的前后端整体设计与开发，参与核心功能与关键模块实现 2.将 LLM、Agent、RAG 等能力进行工程化封装，构建稳定、可复用的业务功能 3.参与 AI 应用相关基础设施与系统架构设计，提升模型能力的稳定性、可控性与可扩展性 4.与业务、算法等角色紧密协作，推动 AI 能力持续迭代并产生实际业务价值职位要求需要英文简历投递！ 1.Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Engineering, or related fields, with solid training in computer science and software engineering fundamentals 2.Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue or React, with a good understanding of frontend engineering, component-based development, and code organization 3.Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Java, or Node.js), familiarity with mainstream web frameworks (FastAPI, Spring Boot, NestJS), and experience with common databases and caching systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis), including basic data modeling and performance considerations 4.Experience with AI / LLM-related projects or system implementations; understanding of common application patterns such as RAG, multi-turn dialogue, context management, and knowledge-based question answering, with the ability to encapsulate model capabilities into maintainable and reusable modules 5.Basic understanding of AI infrastructure concepts, including model invocation abstraction, vector retrieval, embedding / reranking, model gateways, or call governance, with awareness of system reliability, cost control, and scalability 6.Strong software engineering and system design skills, with the ability to design clear and extensible services and APIs; understanding of access control, rate limiting, exception handling, and fundamental performance and reliability concerns 7.Strong learning ability, communication skills, and team collaboration mindset; fluent in written English and Chinese, capable of reading and writing technical documentation 8.Strong interest in the AI field, with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership, and a willingness to continuously expand technical boundaries through engineering practice We Hope You Are Someone Who: 1.Maintains a long-term passion for technology and continuous self-improvement, and is eager to grow through real engineering and business scenarios 2.Proactively explores and decomposes ambiguous problems, and can push tasks forward under guidance 3.Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams and roles with a positive and responsible attitude 4.Cares about long-term technical growth and aspires to gradually take on more complex system and engineering responsibilities （在以下一个或多个方向具备相关项目经验或工程能力） 1.计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、信息工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机与软件工程基础 2.熟悉 Vue / React 等主流前端框架，理解现代前端工程化、组件化开发模式，具备良好的代码组织能力 3.熟悉至少一门后端语言（Python / Java / Node.js 等），熟悉主流 Web 框架（FastAPI / Spring Boot / NestJS 等），熟悉常见数据库与缓存系统（MySQL / PostgreSQL / Redis），理解基本的数据建模与性能问题 4.具备 AI / LLM 应用相关项目或系统实现经验，理解 RAG、多轮对话、上下文管理、知识库问答等典型应用形态，能够将模型能力以工程方式封装为可维护、可复用的业务模块 5.了解模型调用封装、向量检索、Embedding / Rerank、模型网关或调用治理等 AI Infra 基础，对系统稳定性、成本控制与扩展性具备基本工程认知 6.具备良好的软件工程与系统设计能力，能够设计清晰、可扩展的服务与接口，理解权限控制、接口限流、异常处理等工程问题，并对系统性能与稳定性保持关注 7.具备良好的学习能力、沟通表达能力与团队协作意识，中英文读写流利，能够进行流畅的技术交流与文档阅读 8.对 AI 领域保持持续学习兴趣，具备较强的主动性与责任感，愿意在工程实践中不断提升能力边界 我们期望你是这样的人： 1.对技术保持长期兴趣，具备持续学习与自我迭代能力，期望在真实工程与业务场景中不断成长 2.面对不确定问题，具备主动探索与问题拆解能力，能够在指导下推动任务落地 3.具备良好的沟通表达与团队协作意识，能够在跨部门、跨角色合作中保持积极、负责的态度 4.关注个人技术成长路径，希望逐步成长为能够承担更复杂系统与工程责任的工程师投递
