  ● Manage project budget ● Interfaces within the project, and with other projects and organizational units, are identified and monitored; ● Plans for the execution of the project are developed, implemented and maintained ● Follow vehicle gate quality report to make sure EMI team following vehicle gate deliverables. Communication with vehicle team/ supplier to have clearly project requirements ● Resource and budget management ● Risk evaluation & management ● Executive assistant: Direct personal assistant and secreterial work for Manager, maintain the execution office and relate to executing administraition in a professional manner

Requirements

Degree/ Qualification:  Bachelor Experience : ● At least 1 year of experience in executive assistant and project management ● Design management system Personal characteristic/Work attitude : ● Straightforward, honest ● Ability to adapt to changing ● Ability to work in a high pressure environment ● Compliance with rules, regulations and high discipline Soft skills: ● Strong presentation & effective communication skills ● Proficient in MS office such as Excel, word, PPT ● Ability to communicate well in English/Chinese is one advance Knowledge ● Project management ● Electric car, electric motor ● ASPICE process, Teamcenter, CodeBeamer is plus
