We are seeking a detail-oriented and techno-functional HRIS Administrator to manage and support our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), specifically, the Oracle Fusion platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR systems, supporting HCM processes, ensuring data integrity, gathering business requirements, and implementing system enhancements. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR technology and improve business processes. Experience maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM modules is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to work independently to troubleshoot issues and perform system configuration enhancements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HR system enhancements and new functionality.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Administer and maintain HRIS data, including employee records, compensation changes, promotions, transfers, and job updates.
- Support annual compensation activities, including merit increases, bonus planning, and compensation statement generation.
- Develop test plans, execute test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot Oracle issues, provide production support, and coordinate resolutions with IT teams.
- Perform data audits and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data.
- Support data uploads using Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and perform SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with HR, management, and external consultants on HR technology initiatives and process improvements.
- Prepare HRIS-related documentation, training materials, and user communications.
- Recommend improvements to HR processes and system functionality.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables while working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build out Oracle AI functionality in support of key business initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS Administration or a similar techno-functional role.
- Strong experience with SQL and Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP is required.
- Working knowledge of Oracle HR modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance Management, Absence Management, and Recruiting.
- Experience with ServiceNow is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data management.
- Experience creating BRDs, test plans, and test scripts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong preference for experience developing and testing AI Agents
