Job Summary:
The Painter is responsible for carrying out painting, polishing, and surface finishing works across company-managed facilities, ensuring all areas are maintained to high quality and safety standards.
Job Description:
Perform interior and exterior painting works, including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and other surfaces.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling, and applying primer.
Apply paints, varnishes, and protective coatings using appropriate tools and equipment.
Carry out touch-up, preventive, and corrective maintenance painting works.
Identify and report surface damage, leaks, or defects requiring further maintenance.
Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.
Follow work orders and complete tasks within agreed timelines.
Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and use PPE.
Experience and Technical Competencies:
High School Certificate or equivalent.
Basic English communication skills.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Painter in Facilities Management or building maintenance.
GCC/UAE experience is preferred.
