Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will work closely with the hotel’s front office and transportation teams to ensure that all guest arrivals and departures are managed efficiently. You will greet guests at the airport, assist with transportation, including assistance with luggage, and provide a seamless transfer to the hotel. As an Airport Representative, you’re not just greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Warm Welcome: Greet guests at the airport, assist with luggage, and ensure smooth transportation to and from the hotel.
- VIP & Special Services: Deliver personalized service for VIPs, group arrivals, and guests with special requests.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage transportation schedules and collaborate with hotel teams to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly address travel-related issues like delays or lost luggage, ensuring minimal guest disruption.
- Clear Communication: Relay guest preferences and updates across departments to guarantee a seamless experience.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Experience in guest service or hospitality, ideally in airport or front office roles.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, multi-linguistic skill is a plus.
- Organized and efficient in managing transport logistics and schedules.
- Flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and familiarity with local routes preferred.
- Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude that reflects our brand.
