Curoflow is building the operating system for European private healthcare. Our platform gives SME clinics everything they need to run their practice — from digital patient intake and video consultations to EHR, e-prescriptions, lab integrations, and AI-powered clinical support — in a single, CE-marked, GDPR-compliant solution.
We are 25 people today, serving customers across 9 geographic markets, and we are getting ready to scale to ~70 employees across 5 core markets — and beyond — within ~18 months.
We Are Hiring Across the Organisation
This job ad is one of many we are releasing in parallel. We are building multiple teams at once — product, engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership — as we enter the most defining chapter in our company's history.
We expect most hires from this wave to begin between September and December 2026. We will take the time we need to find the right person for each role. We would rather wait for the right fit than rush to fill a seat.

The Role: Junior Product Manager
This is an “allt-i-allo” role — a do-a-bit-of-everything position where you chip in wherever the product team needs you. Some weeks that means writing specifications and user stories; others it means integration testing, data mapping, documentation, or sitting with a customer to understand what they actually need. You will not be boxed into a narrow lane, and that is the point.
It is also a role with real room to grow. Our product department is expanding fast, and if you bring the drive, you will shape your own future here. Prove yourself on the fundamentals and the path is wide open — towards owning a product area, a specialism, or a full product management role. How far you go is largely up to you.
Day to day, you'll join our fast-growing product team and help make the platform more robust, configurable, and scalable — working across the full delivery cycle, from defining user requirements and building test scenarios to shipping integrations with lab portals, accounting systems, and other healthcare platforms. You'll sit between business, users, and engineering, turning real user needs into clear specifications and making sure what we ship is genuinely best-in-class.
What You'll Do
• Define requirements and specifications for features and integrations, together with the product team
• Translate user needs into user stories, mockups, and test scenarios, and contribute to design decisions
• Collaborate across teams on roadmap priorities, sprint planning, and release management
• Document onboarding flows and technical requirements with partners and customers
• Perform integration testing, data mapping, and validation against external systems
• Run functional testing of new features and integrations across web and mobile
• Support quality assurance and documentation in line with MDR and ISO 13485 standards
• Chip in wherever the product team needs an extra pair of hands — this is a broad, hands-on role
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who combines technical curiosity, structured thinking, and a real appetite for learning.
Required
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Systems Science)
• Basic understanding of SaaS and system integrations (e.g. APIs, data models)
• Familiarity with product development frameworks (e.g. Kano, user journeys)
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for documentation and technical specifications
• Self-motivated, with a genuine appetite to take ownership of your work
• Comfortable working alongside development teams in tools like Jira and Confluence
Nice to have
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of healthcare standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR) or experience with MDR / ISO 13485
• Experience in regulated technical environments (healthtech is a big plus)
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Lucidchart)
• Understanding of REST APIs and basic frontend/backend logic
