Job Description

The Growth team ships a constant stream of campaigns across Aussie and Lendi, and this role keeps them moving. As GTM Coordinator - Homes, you'll take campaign and go-to-market briefs from GTM, Growth leads and Homes Leads and drive them through to delivery, engaging teams across the Growth org including Creative, Content, Social, Journeys and Performance and our wider teams to support their product and category growth.

This is a doer role. You'll break briefs into tasks, raise and manage tickets, chase status, traffic assets and keep multiple campaigns on schedule at once. You'll also support the planning of events and activations and contribute copy suggestions, with final copy, strategy and on-the-ground delivery owned by Australia-based leads. This is a remote role based in the Philippines, working closely with our Sydney and Melbourne based Growth team.

Campaign Coordination & Delivery

  • Take campaign and GTM briefs from GTM Leads and Growth managers and translate them into clear tasks, timelines and tickets.
  • Engage teams across the Growth org, including Creative, Content, Social, Journeys/CRM and Performance, to schedule work, chase status and keep deliverables moving to deadline.
  • Raise and manage intake tickets through the Growth team's workflow tools (Jira Service Management), keeping briefs complete, statuses current and stakeholders informed.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, delivery calendars and asset registers across multiple concurrent campaigns.

Content & Copy Support

  • Prepare first-pass copy suggestions for email, social, web and collateral assets, for review and approval by Australia-based leads.
  • Coordinate creative asset production: brief in specs, formats and platform requirements, and traffic assets between teams.
  • Proof and QA assets against briefs and brand guidelines before delivery.

Events & Activation Support Support

  • the planning of industry events, webinars and partner activations: run sheets, timelines, supplier and venue coordination, asset checklists, invitations and follow-up workflows.
  • Prepare pre-event materials and post-event follow-up tasks; on-the-ground event delivery is handled by Australia-based team members.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Compile campaign status updates and post-campaign summaries using inputs from analytics and channel teams.
  • Keep documentation current across briefs, processes and campaign learnings so work is easy to pick up, hand over and repeat.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years' experience in marketing coordination, campaign coordination or project coordination, agency or in-house.
  • Experience managing briefs and tasks across multiple teams using workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com or similar.
  • Strong written English, with the ability to draft clear copy suggestions and stakeholder updates.
  • Organised and unflappable: multiple campaigns, many stakeholders, tight timelines, and you keep calm and keep moving.
  • You use AI daily - we're becoming AI Native, we don't shun candidates that use it, we highly encourage it.
  • Comfortable working remotely with Australia-based stakeholders, with working hours that overlap AEST business hours.
  • Proactive communicator who flags blockers early rather than letting deadlines slip quietly.

Nice to Haves

  • Basic Canva or Adobe skills for last-minute asset tweaks.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor or similar email/journey platforms.
  • Experience supporting events or webinars, including platforms such as Zoom or Teams.
  • Exposure to property, real estate or financial services.
