Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Management of quarterly & annual financial results reporting calendar; Analysis of quarterly & annual financial results; Co-ordination for finalization of financial nos. for Press note and Investors call.
Ensuring compliance of RPT (using RPT tool) with Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015; Ensuring half yearly audit RPT through an independent Chartered Accountant, including obtaining ominibus approval from Audit Committee.
Ensuring compliance of CSR spending in line with the requirements of Companies Act, 2013 & CSR guidelines; Monitoring activities & spending towards CSR activities (including projects executed through Bosch India Foundation).
Review of internal financial controls and documentation (through use of Risk and Control Matrix template); Ensuring yearly checking of internal financial controls and report thereon.
Skill / Competencies Requirements:
Accounting standards (Ind AS); Provisions of Companies Act, 2013 relating to audit and accounts.
SEBI (LODR) guidelines with respect to reporting for listed entities.
Compliance requirements with respect to related party transactions and CSR obligations for Companies.
Internal Financial Controls and reporting requirements under Companies Act, 2013.
Financial accounting & controlling.
External reporting.
Internal Financial Controls.
Key Result Areas / Indicators:
1. Timely submission of deliverables as per quarterly & annual closing timelines for finalization of quarterly/annual financial results
2. Availability of necessary approvals for Related Party Transactions / Corporate Social Responsibility spend in compliance with legislation
3. Annual review of financial risks and updation of Risk and Control Matrix and timely reporting & resolution of identified financial risks
Qualifications
Required: Chartered Accountant (CA)Preferred:
Additional qualification as a Company Secretary would be advantageous Required:
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial functions, post qualification
Preferred: Experience as a controller in a manufacturing plant, business area or division is advantageous
