As our new IT Support Specialist – IT Operations, you will be part of our newly established Solution Delivery Organization (SDO) in Lisbon and play an important role in ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services across the business. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple countries to resolve incidents, support users, and continuously improve IT processes and service delivery. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing technology hub and make a visible impact in an international organization.
What your day will look like
In this role, you will typically focus on:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to users through TOPdesk and other support channels.
- Diagnosing and resolving incidents related to endpoints, applications, Microsoft environments, and infrastructure services.
- Supporting and maintaining technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and VPN solutions.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and user guides.
- Identifying recurring issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and user experience.
- Collaborating with international teams and participating in IT projects that support business objectives.
What you'll bring
- Experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or system administration roles.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device management solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Azure and a good understanding of IT infrastructure, endpoints, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to support users in a professional and user-friendly manner.
- Experience with SAP, industrial scanners, or additional languages would be considered an advantage.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from €44,160 to €66,240 corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.
