We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI team and help build intelligent, scalable AI solutions for enterprise applications and future products.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Machine Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop intelligent recommendation, classification, semantic search, and assessment solutions.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Fine-tune and optimize transformer models such as BanglaBERT, BERT, and other Hugging Face models.
• Integrate and optimize commercial and open-source LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, etc.).
• Develop AI services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Work with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search technologies.
• Optimize AI model performance, accuracy, latency, and operational cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise software.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, BERT/BanglaBERT, or equivalent NLP models.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with Vector Databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus, Pinecone, or Weaviate).
• Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development practices.
