Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, providing an exceptional in-store shopping experience
- Consult with customers to understand their style, needs, and budget to recommend the right furniture solutions
- Drive retail furniture sales by presenting product features, benefits, and value
- Build and maintain a client base through follow-ups, referrals, and relationship-based selling
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and performance targets
- Stay up to date on product inventory, new arrivals, promotions, and financing options
- Assist in showroom display and maintainence
- Process sales transactions accurately and coordinate delivery scheduling with customers
- Previous retail sales experience preferred; furniture or home décor experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills for processing orders and managing customer information
- A positive, professional attitude and a passion for home furnishings and interior design
