Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement tracking, material readiness, and payment milestone visibility across programs.
Track, support and manage inventory across multiple programs and facilities.
Support the vendor management program by ensuring timely procurement and delivery of critical hardware.
Own BOM management, electronics procurement, and inventory coordination to reduce the execution of bottlenecks.
Act as the bridge between Tech and Supply Chain, ensuring technical requirements are translated into effective sourcing plans.
Coordinate supplier discussions, technical clarifications, and commercial follow ups to improve delivery performance.
Manage procurement of KPIs and dashboards to improve visibility, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
Resolve operational issues proactively before they impact program schedules.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of hands-on hardware procurement or supply chain operations experience.
MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification (preferred).
Aerospace, defense, or hardware manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency with productivity, project management tools and procurement software (Smartsheet, Notion or equivalent).
