客户项目经理-国内项目上海全职智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化职位描述1、Plan and control the project time schedule including all major project activities (ie sw/hw/product release planning, sample builds, customer deliveries, test events, etc) 2、Ensure timely execution of work packages, initiate countermeasures in case of deviations and escalate to Hesai management as needed 3、Control project scope via project target definition and subsequent change management 4、Lead and own overall change management and change approval activities within the project; take account for project costs resulting from changes and ensure either reimbursement or recovery measures. 5、Lead and own the project budget including project budget planning, execution within the defined budget, efficient cost management and ensuring proper reimbursement 6、Ensure project profitability within target 7、Lead overall sample planning activities 8、Support TPM to perform design releases to ensure all necessary activities are performed and the required release documents are available for final release according to HPD 9、Serve as primary customer interface for project related issues and define project level customer strategy with management. 10、Report progress of project to internal and external stakeholders 职位要求1、Bachelor degree in engineering or above 2、Project management in automotive industry >3 years 3、Xiaomi/Geely project experience preferred 4、S/W background preferred 5、Soft skills: communication, motivation, presentation, collaboration, problem solving … 6、English: fluently speaking/writing 7、Adapted to OT culture投递
