WHO
we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Director of IT Innovation and Enablement who is responsible for improving how the organization uses technology to increase productivity, collaboration, automation, and business efficiency. This role serves as the bridge between business departments and IT, ensuring employees fully leverage Microsoft technologies and other business applications while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This role ensures that technology resources align with business objectives while delivering secure, reliable, and scalable support to an evolving organization of approximately 250–350 employees.
The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge, business process analysis, change management, and leadership skills to drive technology adoption across the organization.
Role
and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s technology enablement strategy.
- Align technology investments with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to create, implement and improve workflows through automation and digital tools.
- Lead adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions and maximize return of licensing investments including:
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Microsoft Copilot
- Microsoft Forms
- Planner
- Lists
- Power BI
- Own user adoption and training
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, security, and business outcomes by reducing manual work.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Measure project success through business outcomes.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities and risks.
- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
- Lead technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Improve business processes through automation and technology optimization.
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and effective system integrations.

- Monitor technology expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure appropriate licensing and asset management practices.
- 5+ years of technology leadership or business systems experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 (certifications are a plus).
- Experience with Power Platform.
- Experience improving business processes.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practice.
- Experience leading organizational technology adoption.
