We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Structural Engineer to lead and grow our established Brisbane structural team. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Queensland business, offering the opportunity to shape the future of the team, strengthen client relationships, drive sustainable growth and influence the strategic direction of one of Australia's leading employee-owned engineering consultancies.

About the Role
- Lead and grow ACOR's Queensland Structural team, driving capability, performance and engagement.
- Build and strengthen strategic client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Provide technical and commercial leadership across complex structural engineering projects.
- Mentor and develop the next generation of structural engineers while fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the Queensland business and work closely with national leaders to expand ACOR's market presence.
About You
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering with Chartered status (CPEng/RPEQ preferred).
- An established reputation within the Queensland market and strong networks across Health, Defence, Government and/or major commercial development sectors.
- Proven success winning work, developing client relationships and delivering commercially successful projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- A collaborative, authentic leader who is motivated by building a successful business and developing future leaders.
