Overview :
We are looking to hire Platform Engineers across multiple levels to support enterprise cloud, DevOps, and platform engineering initiatives for large-scale clients.This is not a standard application DevOps role. The ideal candidate has experience building reusable, self-service platform capabilities that can be consumed by multiple application teams across an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support enterprise cloud platform capabilities across Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Build reusable infrastructure modules, CI/CD templates, automation patterns, and self-service capabilities for application teams
- Support platform standardization across cloud environments, developer workflows, deployment patterns, and operational processes
- Work with infrastructure, security, architecture, and application teams to define scalable platform solutions
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar tools
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms
- Support Kubernetes/container platforms, cloud networking, IAM/RBAC, secrets management, and observability
- Ensure platform solutions meet enterprise governance, security, compliance, and change-management standards
- Document platform patterns, runbooks, operating models, and implementation approaches
- For senior/manager-level candidates: lead platform initiatives, mentor engineers, manage stakeholder expectations, and support architecture-level discussions
Required Experience
- Hands-on platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience
- Strong cloud experience across Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Strong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience
- CI/CD pipeline design and automation experience
- Experience building reusable platform capabilities, not just supporting one application team
- Strong scripting/automation experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar
- Experience with Kubernetes, containers, networking, RBAC/IAM, observability, and security controls
- Comfort working in enterprise environments with documentation, governance, ticketing, change control, and stakeholder visibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Consulting experience
- Banking, insurance, telecom, or regulated-industry experience
- Azure Landing Zones, AWS Control Tower, GCP Landing Zones, or enterprise cloud governance experience
- Internal Developer Platform / Golden Path / self-service platform experience
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring engineers
- Cloud certifications
