Senior UIUX Designer

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and lead the design of scalable, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end design execution across multiple projects , ensuring high-quality, consistent, and impactful outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually compelling, and conversion-focused user interfaces for web and digital products, while also contributing to brand-aligned creative assets across marketing channels, including social media and digital campaigns.

Beyond execution, the candidate is expected to bring strong design leadership , the ability to mentor team members , and the capability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

A key aspect of this role is leveraging AI-powered design and research workflows . The ideal candidate should be proficient in using platforms such as ChatGPT , Claude , and Google Gemini to enhance ideation, research synthesis, UX writing, and overall design efficiency.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs
• Incorporate input from multiple stakeholders, communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale, outline digital experiences screen by screen, working with cross functional teams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for refining and enhancing the user experience
• Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and maintain design consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and evolving project requirements.
• Manage and maintain our visual asset library, ensuring that all assets are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible to cross-functional teams.

Project Ownership & Delivery

• Lead multiple  projects simultaneously , ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Define design direction, workflows, and priorities across projects.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear design strategies and execution plans.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively resolve them.

AI & Modern Tools 

• Strong hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT , Claude , and Google Gemini .
• Ability to use AI for:
  • Research synthesis and insights generation
  • UX writing and content structuring
  • Rapid ideation and concept exploration
  • Workflow automation and documentation

Design Systems & Scalability

• Lead the creation and evolution of design systems , including components, variants, and tokens.
• Ensure adoption and governance of design systems across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with developers to align design systems with front-end implementation.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary design point of contact for multiple projects.
• Present and justify design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage expectations, timelines, and feedback cycles effectively.

Collaboration & Handoff

• Work closely with PMs, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensure clean and structured design documentation using tools like Notion or Confluence .
• Oversee developer handoff

Mentorship & Team Growth

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing regular feedback and guidance.
• Conduct design reviews and help elevate overall team quality.
• Contribute to internal processes, playbooks, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in relevant field.

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
