Creator Partnerships Account Manager

LADbible Group
London, United KingdomFull TimeMid-levelPosted 17d ago

Founded in 2012, LADbible Group is redefining entertainment and news for a social generation. Our global community engages with our content–spanning editorial, video, documentary and live – we reach 1 billion people each and every month. Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act. Using all major platforms, we’ve rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.

The Role

We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Account Manager to join our team. You'll work with creators across LADbible Group's ecosystem, playing a key part in talent identification, relationship management and commercial collaborations.

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes creator culture. You'll be the face of LADbible Group for the creators we work with — supporting long-term engagement, unlocking opportunities for original content, and making sure every creator's experience with us is smooth, positive and worth coming back for.

You'll balance the creative with the operational: spotting the right talent and the right opportunities, then managing the detail that turns them into delivered content.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identifying and evaluating creators for partnership opportunities across a range of creator-led initiatives Group-wide

  • Sourcing creator content to brief — managing the end-to-end workflow from outreach through negotiation, clearance, licensing and delivery

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, influencers and talent managers, acting as their key point of contact at LADbible Group

  • Keeping regular communication flowing with creators to strengthen engagement and long-term retention

  • Monitoring creator satisfaction and proactively spotting opportunities to improve and deepen relationships

  • Coordinating with teams across the wider Group to identify and facilitate cross-group opportunities and strategic collaborations

  • Maintaining and updating internal databases and talent tracking systems

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience working directly with creators, influencers and talent

  • Exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Deep understanding of the digital creator ecosystem — across established social platforms and emerging ones

  • Strong organisational, administrative and project management skills with high attention to detail

Desirable

  • Experience within digital publishing, UGC licensing, talent management or creator agencies

  • Practical understanding of IP, content licensing and media usage rights

  • Familiarity with creator analytics tools and platform performance reporting

  • An existing network of digital creators or established industry relationships

At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.

LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer. We are determined to create a diverse group at all levels of our company and we welcome all members of the community to apply for openings with us. As the leading social youth publisher, we have a powerful global platform to better represent our audience and enable those that do not have equal opportunities to have their voices heard. As a business, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, in an environment where everyone feels comfortable to be themselves.
