POSITION SUMMARY

 

Responsible for administering government-mandated benefits, including but not limited to the end-to-end processing of SSS claims, loan benefit certifications, and monthly employment reports for both local and expatriate employees.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the accurate and timely payment of premium contributions for SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely payment of SSS and Pag-IBIG loan remittances.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll instruction reports related to government loans.
  • Monitor and process documents for government claims and reimbursement applications.
  • Ensure the timely submission of Employment Reports (R1A and ER2) to SSS and the required employment reports to PhilHealth.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, particularly government-mandated benefits, and provide timely and accurate feedback.
  • Prepare summaries and trend analyses of employee inquiries related to government-mandated benefits to support process improvements.
  • Conduct government-mandated benefits discussions during New Team Member Orientation.
  • Stay updated on the latest government-mandated benefit regulations, advisories, and policies to ensure compliance and proper implementation.
  • Assist employees in processing SSS and Pag-IBIG loan and benefit claims.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Finance, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with a strong focus on government-mandated benefits administration.
  • Knowledgeable in processing statutory benefits, including SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth transactions.
  • Familiar with current laws, regulations, and policies governing statutory benefits.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiar with various employee incentive and benefits programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) or equivalent office productivity software.
  • Can start immediately or within a short notice period.
