Carwash Guest Services Specialist

Overview:

Timewise is looking for a friendly and motivated Guest Services Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, explaining services, and creating a welcoming environment for our carwash operations. If you have a passion for service and a knack for sales, we’d love to meet you!

 Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with courteous and efficient service

• Greet customers and explain wash packages, membership options, and promotions.
• Handle payments and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Promote loyalty programs and upsell services to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer area.
• Support team members and assist with site operations as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and wet weather.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
