Key Responsibilities
Local Strategy Development
Define the real estate development vision and strategy for your territory using market data, geo-marketing insights, and competitive analysis.
Design and implement a multi-format retail network to support Decathlon’s expansion.
Project Development & Execution
Lead end-to-end real estate projects: site search, feasibility studies, financial planning, lease negotiation, legal coordination, and project delivery.
Drive relocation projects by evaluating alternative sites for improved performance and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and government stakeholders.
Real Estate Portfolio Management
Track performance of newly opened stores against forecasts.
Identify and execute optimization initiatives including downsizing, enlargements, and sustainable development projects.

Degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or related field
Successful delivery of store openings or relocations
