Role Description.This is a full-time, on-site Chief of Staff role based in Bengaluru. The Chief of Staff will work closely with executive leadership to oversee strategic initiatives, streamline operations, facilitate internal communication, and ensure goals are met. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects, supporting decision-making processes by gathering and analyzing data, coordinating company-wide initiatives, and leading efforts to drive organizational efficiency and performance. The role requires a high level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
