We are looking for a meticulous and technically strong Senior SEC Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of hands-on SEC reporting experience with U.S. public companies, including direct involvement in the preparation and filing of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and fully compliant external reporting, supporting the quarterly and annual close-tofile process, and partnering with U.S.-based finance leadership and external auditors. SEC Reporting & Filings • Prepare and support the drafting, review, and filing of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other SEC filings in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. • Perform XBRL tagging and review, and manage EDGAR submissions to ensure accurate and timely filings. • Prepare supporting schedules, tie-outs, and disclosure checklists, ensuring every reported figure is fully reconciled to the underlying financial records. Technical Accounting & Compliance • Ensure compliance with SEC Regulation S-X and S-K disclosure requirements and monitor new SEC and FASB pronouncements impacting filings. • Coordinate with U.S.-based controllership teams and external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits, and support SOX documentation for the reporting process.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, or CA strongly preferred. • 7 to 10 years of hands-on SEC reporting experience gained with a U.S. public company or serving U.S.-listed clients. Preferred Skills: • Direct, hands-on experience preparing Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K for U.S.-listed companies. • Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC Regulation S-X / S-K disclosure requirements. • Experience with SEC reporting platforms such as Workiva (Wdesk) or Active Disclosure, including XBRL tagging. • Familiarity with EDGAR filing procedures and filing deadlines for accelerated and nonaccelerated filers. • Advanced Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail in tie-outs and reconciliations. • Understanding of SOX internal controls over financial reporting. • Effective communication skills for direct collaboration with U.S.-based finance teams and external auditors.
