#Profile  

As a Microsoft System Engineer, you support our customers via e-mail, telephone, ticketing system and remote maintenance. You are responsible for ensuring the operational stability and quality of all Windows client and server systems together with the services and applications running on them. Your responsibilities include on-site work at the clients' site as well as the deployment of new systems. You contribute to the common success with your input and ideas, which are especially important while handlingchallenging and diverse tasks.

#Wanted  

• Completed education focused on IT or corresponding professional experience / practice

• Enthusiasm for Microsoft client and server operating systems

• Experience with various network services and protocols (DHCP, DNS, CIFS, TCP/IP, firewalling, etc.)

• Troubleshooting, documentation and analysis skills

• Systematic and analytical thinking as well as solution-oriented, independent working style

• Distinct customer and service orientation and team ability

• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
