Compliance Officer (Malaysia)八打灵全职金融 / 投资 - 合规稽查职位描述We are seeking a Compliance Officer to support the regulatory, licensing and AMLCFT compliance functions of our Malaysia business. The role will serve as the primary compliance contact for the Malaysia business, including engagement with regulators, implementation of the compliance framework and oversight of regulatory obligations. The position reports directly to the Regional Compliance Lead. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance & Licensing 1、Act as the designated Country Compliance Officer, serving as the primary contact point with regulators on compliance-related matters. 2、Monitor and interpret applicable laws, regulations and regulatory developments relevant to the business. 3、Lead licensing applications, renewals and regulatory submissions, including liaison with regulators. 4、Provide regulatory and compliance advisory support to business and operational teams. 5、Support the development and delivery of compliance training to employees and relevant stakeholders. AMLCFT Compliance 1、Oversee the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the local AML/CFT framework, including customer due diligence, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring and suspicious transaction reporting processes, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. 2、Conduct AMLCFT risk assessments and recommend appropriate controls and mitigation measures. 3、Support investigations, regulatory enquiries and compliance reviews. Compliance Monitoring & Governance 4、Develop, review and maintain compliance policies, procedures and internal controls. 5、Support compliance audits, regulatory inspections and ensure timely completion of remediation actions.职位要求1、More than 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT compliance or financial crime compliance within a regulated financial institution, preferably a Money Services Business (MSB), payment service provider, fintech company or other regulated payment institution. 2、Prior experience acting as a Compliance Officer, MLRO or key compliance personnel is preferred. 3、Relevant certifications e.g. CAMS, ICA are an added advantage. 4、Proficiency in English is essential; Mandarin is an advantage.投递
