OUR OPPORTUNITY
The Technical Project Manager manages the full transformation program across current-state assessment, target-state design, migration, validation, deployment, decommissioning, and cost optimization.
YOU WILL
· Manage the integrated project plan across architecture, BI, ETL, data modeling, governance, platform, and business workstreams. · Coordinate current-state assessment and target-state implementation activities. · Track migration waves, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions. · Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations. · Manage coexistence risks between existing and target platforms. · Track report migration, ETL migration, data reconciliation, UAT, deployment, and sign-off. · Track licensing optimization and decommissioning milestones. · Maintain RAID logs, status reports, steering committee updates, and delivery governance. · Ensure legacy components are not left running unnecessarily after target-state migration. · Support change management, communication, and business readiness.Requirements
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED
· Strong experience managing technical data, BI, DWH, or platform transformation programs. · Understanding of data architecture, ETL, BI, governance, MDM, and cloud modernization concepts. · Strong planning, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder management skills. · Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models. · Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools. · Ability to communicate effectively with executives and technical teams.
