Your objective: Ensure all customers leave our stores happy.Your Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at the checkout.
- Accurately handle cash, card, and electronic transactions.
- Manage exchanges, returns and refunds according to company policy.
- Actively promote loyalty program.
- Ensure the cash register area is clean, organized and welcoming.
- Contribute to the team's commercial dynamism by supporting colleagues on the sales floor when needed.
