Key Responsibilities & Expertise
Electrical/Mechanical, Prior experience working on
Maintenance of Trucks, HOWO, FAW, Mercedes, Renault Etc- Preventative Maintenance: Performing regular, scheduled maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and lubrication of moving parts to prevent breakdowns.
- Mechanical Overhauls: Independently executing overhauls on engines, transmissions, differentials, and suspension components, particularly for FAW Jiefang and Sinotruk HOWO models.
- Electrical Diagnostics: Troubleshooting complex electrical systems, including testing batteries, alternators, and starter motors. Using diagnostic tools like Star Diagnosis or Xentry for Mercedes-Benz.
- Brake & Pneumatic Systems: Servicing, adjusting, and repairing air brake systems, pneumatic circuits, and ABS components.
- Component Replacement: Repairing faulty components, including turbochargers, fuel injectors, water pumps, and hydraulic cabin-lifting systems.
- Emergency Breakdown Support: Responding to field breakdowns to perform rapid repairs.
