Shift Incharge Responsibilities
Electrical/Mechanical, Prior experience working in
plastic, HDPE, Pre forms plant on Husky
Based on the requirements for an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Technician in a high-volume plastic, HDPE,
PET Preform plant using Husky machinery.
Industry Experience: Previous experience working in a PET preform, HDPE blow molding, or high-volume plastic injection molding facility.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics: Troubleshooting and servicing hydraulic systems, valves, and pneumatic units.
- Electrical Maintenance: Working with PLC interfaces, sensors, and electrical circuits.
- Mould Knowledge: Experience with mold installation, removal, and cleaning of hot runner systems.
- Auxiliary Equipment: Experience with resin dryers (e.g., Piovan), chillers, and compressors
