Continuous contact with current suppliers
Searching for new suppliers, requesting and evaluating offers
Carrying out daily operational tasks related to procurement
Tracking orders
Continuous maintenance of the ERP management system
Monitoring and optimizing inventories on a daily basis
Preparing reports and statements
Matching incoming invoices
Data entry of procurement processes into ERP system
Cooperation with other departments
Active participation in inventories
Handling complaints
Higher education degree in economics, engineering, logistics, or a relevant field (studies in procurement or logistics are an advantage)
Steel material knowledge and experience in procurement field of this product category is a must for this position
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent conflict management and problem-solving abilities
High-level knowledge of Excel and other data management tools
English language skills, both spoken and written
Ability to work independently
Reliability, responsible attitude
Hungarian and English language knowledge proficiency required
