Greenbrook Medical is a family-run, senior-focused primary care group that has served Tampa Bay since 1991. We are on a mission to transform the lives of Tampa Bay's most vulnerable seniors by helping them live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives. We do that by delivering an outstanding concierge-like experience for all our patients and investing in their needs beyond just medicine. Unlike many primary care providers, we take total accountability for our patients' outcomes. We've built our practice to deliver on that, with much lower patient-doctor ratios (500:1) and a culture and care model built around spending more time with patients and personalizing their care.
